We have a one week vacation planned and would appreciate recommendations for restaurants. Also, does anyone know if the Divi Flamingo Beach Hotel remains the casino on the island?

We visited Bonaire last year for 9 days. Stayed at Sunset Beach but drove all over. Ate dinner at the Chibi Chibi Restaurant at the Divi Flamingo and it was mediocre. Excellent restaurant was Richards, just up the street from the Divi. Green Parrot at Sand Dollar was good and informal. We really enjoyed Den Laman which was conveniently next door to Sunset Beach and had excellent fish and a beautiful ocean front open air ambiance.
Sorry. Forgot part 2 of your message. Yes, Divi has the only casino on the island. And it's small and crowded, many locals there too. We didn't have any luck, either!
The Plaza Resort, which is a new five star hotel, has a casino.
