BODYSURFING IN SOUTHERN CARRIBEAN

We are cruising to Aruba, Curacao, Tortola/Virgin Gorda and St. Thomas/St. John aboard the Windward and are wondering if there are any beaches that have good body surfing (medium sized milder waves) Our dream would be to find a beautiful beach with great snorkling and good body surfing within walking distance. Thank you for your help!

I don't have an answer for you, except that I love body surfing and have never been able to find a good body surfing beach in the Caribian. We've been told that the waters are too calm. Blue water and clam beaches are their trademark. However, I'll be watching to see if anyone comes up with a place to try.
