Biking in Virgin Gorda

Having spent 10 days in Virgin Gorda last year, I am heading back there. I am an avid road cyclist. Has anybody done any road biking while there? Would like some feedback as I am condidering bringing my road bike or renting one for the week from Last Stop Sports on Tortola. Any feedback on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
