December and March are lovely too.

The rainy season, I believe, is late summer through autumn, with December being the tail end. However, except in the rain forest (up in the mountains), "rainy" season means an occasional quick downpour, and then its over.

So is it safe to go perhaps, the first or second week of November or wait until December or January to go (to avoid any hurricanes or the rainy season)? I'm also worried about the water temperature. I want to do some snorkeling as well.

Thanks in advance!!!

If you go in early December, it will still be low season -- so in addition to being past hurricane season and near the end of rainy season, you might get a break on rates. Once you're into mid-December and January - April, rates go up.

As for water temperature, don't worry. Grenada is a mere 12 degrees north of the equator, so variations in water temperature are negligible. We found it warm in both December and March.
