Well, there is nothing really really nice on Dominica. If you are looking for luxury, you wont find it there.
The Garraway hotel is nice. There are a few, but they are all pretty sparse and do not offer much in terms of amenities. The rates for most hotels there are about $90 per night (up to about $150) Not expensive.
What about Jungle Bay resort and spa ?
I spent 10 days in Dominica a year or so ago. We stayed at Papillon and loved it. Beautiful setting and the hot spring pools were a relaxing way to end the day. Good food and they also help with tour arrangements. I would definitely stay there again.
