Best place for a getaway

I am planning five night get away in late November early December. I have narrowed my destination choices to Barbados, Turks & Caicos & Grenadines. Now comes the hard part....how to decide where to go. This getaway would strictly be R&R. (reading and relaxation).
My wish list includes beautiful beaches, pristine H20, and decent digs. Oh yeah and great weather-minimal rain. I would like to keep air and hotel under 2K. Is this possible? Some suggestions would be helpful. While doing my research, I ran across Le Vele in Providenciales. It looks very, very nice. Any comments?
