Best of Virgin Gorda?
Thanks to all the nice information I've gotten here, we've decided to elope and honeymoon on the island of Virgin Gorda next May! We will be staying in a beachfront villa on Nail Bay.
I'd love to know from all you experienced travelers what your favorite things were in Virgin Gorda? Are there things you must do when you arrive there each time? Are there foods you must eat? Best views? Bars and restaurants you miss when you're gone? Great spots to snorkel, hike, and lay in the sun? Who are the best charter companies? I have yet to find a guidebook that gets into much detail about this island, but if anyone knows of a book or website that would help, I'd appreciate that info as well.
I'm looking forward to do a bit more research over the next few months! Thanks again for all your help.

It's been almost eight years since we've been, so maybe some of the info is out of date. But my suggestions are:
Baths, of course. Go early, just after opening, before any cruise shippers get there. Devils Bay next door is nice too.
I am on record saying that spring bay beach is my favorite on the island and possibly the entire Caribbean (white Bay, Jost Van Dyke, a very close second). Maho and Savannah are also nice. No shade at Savannah, that I remember.
We enjoyed taking the little boat over for lunch at the Fat Virgin at Biras. We walked around Biras a little afterward.
Mad Dog's by White Bay is a nice stop. Good pina coladas.
Dinner at the Mineshaft. Not superb food, but a superb view at sunset. The copper mine ruins nearby is kind of interesting.

Great choice!!! i know your wedding and honeymoon will be perfect! I second the idea of the Mineshaft for a gorgeous sunset- make a reservation for a table on the rail on the porch and they can tell you what time to be there for sunset. We also thought (but it has been 2 years ago) the restaurant at Nail Bay was romantic at night. We had lunch there also and the pool area and bar was nice!
Double D has a great day trip for snorkeling at 3 or 4 spots with lunch at Willy T- we had a great time with them and it was only us and one other couple on a 40' boat with the captain- great fun!
Driving over to Leverick Bay one day is a must do- we took a boat over to Biras Creek for lunch but if I went again I think I would try to go to Saba Rock instead... just my opinion. I would not want to drive back over the mountain at night after a few drinks though!!
Breakfast/Brunch at the Top of the Baths was nice and scenic views- good food.
We are not really "foodies" so we enjoyed just simple dinner at the Bath and Turtle, too.
Have a wonderful time!!

I love Nail Bay! You both will have a fantastic time and Congrats!
Hog Heaven is new and is a 2 minute drive from Nail Bay or it is a decent 30 minute hike. The food, the staff, the drink and the view are all amazing.
Coco Maya is brand new and is supposed to be one of the better restaurants on Island. I haven't tried it yet as it wasn't open when we were there last but I have heard really good things.
We love the bath and turtle for pup food and people watching. It's nice to stop there for a drink before grabbing groceries at Bucks.
Saba Rock is also great for the experience.
Savannah Beach and Mountain Trunk beach are very close by and are pristine. Soft white sand and not usually crowed.
