Best Boutique Hotel in Vieques
My husband and I are planning a two night stay in Vieques during a trip to PR. I'd like to get some recommendations on *luxury* boutique hotels (if there are any). I've seen the term cheap-and-chic and I don't think that is what I'm looking for since I'd like to splurge for this trip. Also, any recommendations on restaurants/places to have a drink would be much appreciated! Thank you!

The W resort is the only luxury place on the island. Hix is interesting but I don't think it comes close to being luxurious. The Inn on the Blue Horizon is probably the most upscale of the smaller inns, but it's not full-on luxury.

The W is really the only option. It is a splurge, but to be honest I saw no other places that I would risk resting my head. If you are not only a member of the Starwood guest program, sign-up (it's free)... you'll get discounts on food and beverage at the hotel... I believe you can get room discounts as well. Ask for a ground level room by the pool....enjoy
