We will be staying at Cambridge Beaches next week. I know they will arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Does it cost more if the hotel arranges the taxi for you? I know it's far from the airport so what is the taxi likely to cost?

No, you'll pay the same amount no matter if you get a cab at the airport or arrange for Cambridge Beaches to get you a cab. You actually go outside of the terminal where there's a dispatcher who has a list of arriving tourists and their hotel. The dispatcher then assigns you to the next "cab" waiting in line.
It's been a couple of years since we made the trip but I recall the fare as being around $50 (I may be wrong about this as memory is a bit hazy). For what it is worth, we asked Cambridge Beaches to arrange for a taxi for us but they dropped the ball and our name wasn't on the dispatcher's list so they just gave us the next taxi.
I wouldn't worry about a pre-arranged taxi -there will be plenty lined up waiting. We live about midway from the airport to CB, and our trip is usually around $25, so I think the $50 estimate is safe. They'll take US cash.
