I am considering a cruise from NYC to Bermuda departing at the end of Oct. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this time of year? In terms of the waters being rough, rain? I know Nov. starts the off season.

It is an unpredictable time for the weather. It can be beautiful, but rain and chilly winds are not uncommon. Check weather.bm for historical data. Many of the cruise lines end their visits to Bermuda in October because the weather gets iffy. It is a beautiful place to visit and I have been in November and been able to enjoy the beaches and scuba dive, but be prepared to be flexible with your plans.
