Bequia in may?

Looking to rent a property in may 03 on Bequia. Any info on this island would be helpful. Couple in mid 30s looking to get away from all the " crowded touristy" islands of caribbean i.e. Jamaica, Cancun, Punta Cana, etc... Would love to hear any feedback from recent guests of this what looks and sounds like absolute paradise!

Love Bequia. Unfortunately, have only visited by boat and never had the pleasure of spending more than a couple of days there. I have looked into it though. Here's a website that has a lot of information.
