Beach front Caribbean Villa for New Year's

I am planning a vacation for a group of 3 adult couples (no kids) for New Year's 2015. We are 25-35 age range. Leaning toward Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica, or Mexico, but are up for any suggestions. Wondering where is the best destination for most of the following to be met:

White Sand
beach front
Non-commercial beach
Good Nightlife
Variety of local bars and restaurants
Casino would be a plus
Either Rustic Villa or Modern/Posh (I know opposite extremes)
Adult atmosphere preferred
Non-European

We really like Roatan, Honduras, but are looking to go somewhere new.

Budget! You're looking at most expensive time of year! FYI many villas are already booked for Chiristmas and New .years too, vacationers started early.

So you know, you have a big contradiction too (actually 2)

Non commercial beach won't have good nightlife and beach bars

Adult atmosphere-- a villa is all yours, will be adult, but you're going the familiest friendly time of the year, so beaches will be packed with kids

I was asking for one, if not, can't help narrow down for you!

Looking to stay under $4000/wk.

I found a place in Negril, Jamaica on the beach for around $2500.

Las Terrenas, DC?

Any other ideas? We don't want to go clubbing, just a lively crowd to ring in the new year.

I love Negril Jamaica, both the gorgeous 7-mile beach and "the Cliffs" area there.

And I always enjoy Mexico (Dominican Republic not so much).

You get more bang for your buck in Mexico over any Caribbean island if price is a concern. Also people in Mexico (generally speaking) are a lot friendlier to tourists than you find Jamaica.

Your request has a contradiction though... wanting a "Non-commercial beach" but "Good nightlife, variety of local bars and restaurants, casino" Those amenities you normally would find only in more touristed places.

I think that you would have an excellent time in a villa that I have stayed at in St. Lucia. It would have everything that you want and it is a comfortable walk to the beach. Go to HomeAway.com and look for Villa Zandoli. Many celebrities and others love it there. After you view it let me know and if you have any questions for me, simply post them here.
