Has anyone stayed at MAngo Bay recently? If so would love some info. Thanks
No, but we are planning our trip to Barbados for the first week of November and will be booking Mango Bay.
From what I have researched, it's a small AI resort in Holetown. Close to shopping and restuarants/bars. You need to reserve for lunch and dinner each morning to dine on the property. They have a very strict dinner dress code. They offer a free catamarn trip to snorkel with the turtles and a free glass bottom boat trip twice per week, just reserve in advance.
The hotel and food is getting good reviews on TA and the forums highly recommend for people wanting an AI hotel. The lowest catagory rooms and the condos are close to the street and get lots of noise from the karoke bar next door. Pay for the updrade to a deluxe or ocean room. The condos appears to be in need of refurbishment. Appears they are actually owned by individuals and rented out when not in use, so no one is keeping them kept up.
