Are there ferry boats that travel to surrounding islands?

From Barbados, They are no ferry boats to other islands. You would have to charter a private vessel for that OR go on a cruise.

There is no Ferry service, however Chantours ( google Chantours Barbados) are wonderful at organising day trips or over night excursions from Barbados to neighbouring islands.
