ARUBA TO BONAIRE/SCUBA

Will be traveling to Arbua in August for one week and are interested in getting info on charter boat trips to Bonaire for a day-trip scuba dive. How far apart are the islands? Is this feasible? Also, will be looking to scuba dive in Aruba. Any info?
We understand the diving is not too good there, but will go anyway since we're there. Thanks.
