Aruba-Looking for a hotel

Jump to last reply

My husband and I are looking to go to Aruba for a 1st anniversary trip. During the day, we like to sit out by the pool/beach and read and relax and a few fruity beach drinks. At night, we usually just like to go to dinner and maybe stop in the casino or hotel bar to see any nightly entertainment. Nothing to crazy. We do not want to be surrounded by kids. We are traveling end of Nov/begin of dec. Money is not an issue.

There seems to be the high-rise hotels in the Palm Beach area-hyatt, westin, radison, marriot. Which one of those is the best based on our likes/dislikes above?

Also, eagle beach the Bucuti. Is eagle beach to far from the center of activity? The Bucuti seems to be very private and quiet (which we would like) but only has one restaurant. Is eagle beach far from the restaurants for dinner?

Any comments/thoughts are welcome and much appreciated.
