Assuming hurricanes are rare in Aruba, is it unbearably hot in Aug? We were there many years ago but that was in November.Looking for a beach trip with both of our kids and their significant others, so we need either 3 hotel rooms or a vacation rental sans bunk beds!

Happy Hunting!
We were there several years ago in the first week of September. It was hot, but didn't feel wet or humid like when we would go to Mexico in August/September. There is a constant breeze blowing so that does help with the heat not being so unbearable. I actually thought the weather was just about perfect. I would not hesitate to go again in an August or September.
Most people recommend the Radisson on Palm Beach.
