Have an opportunity to go to Antigua, have never been, been to Aruba twice and loved it. In Antigua I would be at the Jolly Beach Resort. Would appreciate feedback on comparison of the two islands also any info on the resort would be appreciated. We would be 4, two adults and two teenage girls

If you loved Aruba, you will Antigua very different. Culturally, it's very British and West Indian influenced, so it's a more traditional Caribbean island. It's much more rural and rustic than Aruba. Driving is a bit tricky because roads aren't marked and it's on the left. Jolly Beach Resort is on a gorgeous beach and there's a little development around the area because of the marina nearby. I think if your focus is primarily relaxing and maybe the odd excursion, you would be okay.
I don't think you would like Antigua based on what you're saying. Why not try Curacao for something different?
