We've been there twice. The first time was before they built on the big addition. It was wonderful then. Lots of greenery and it was intimate. Back then there was very happy staff - kind, friendly and warm hearted. And it was very relaxing.
The second time we went, the resort was larger in terms of land and the new building. It had lost it's cozy feeling. Some staff members had been there ten years before and still remembered us! They complained bitterly about the changes and how no one knew anyone anymore. They just were not happy people anymore and it showed. We had a suite with a butler our 2nd time. The room was very nice and spacious, but it was set further back and you no longer had the wonderful view like in the old section. There's a big grassy area between the building and the new pool and beach. I will say Sandals takes care of the beach as well the resort grounds. Overall, the food is just ok. The pizza is very good! I would not go back.
There are several all inclusive resorts in Antigua and you can find a list here:

Bluewaters is very nice and a bit more upmarket and quite intimate, gets lots of repeats. Galley Bay is a larger and well established resort. Halcyon Cove by Rex is close to the beach in Dickenson Bay. Hawksbill is another AI in the Rex group. Hermitage Bay is also AI and close to the beach. There lots. Hope this helps.
I've stayed at Hawksbill, the location is just wonderful and it has 3 beaches, but it is only about a 3 star hotel and a little rough around the edges, food was not great, edible but forgettable & repetitive. Despite that, due to the location and beaches, I would go back but it is not in the same category as Galley Bay (which is next to Hawksbill) or Hermitage Bay. We visited Halcyon Cove on Dickenson Bay and felt we would have to get the next flight home rather than stay there. Didnt really like Dickenson Bay because it was crowded and not a very pretty area, the beach is undoubtedly lovely, but the general area around it not nice.
Jolly Beach is very nice though, lovely long sandy beach with beautiful blue sea.
