There's no ferry (much too far and too much "open water" and it's not easy. Your only choices are: 1) Fly either by private charter (think in terms of $1,500+ each way for a small plane) or 2 go by scheduled air or ferry to SXM than catch a flight on Winair (www.fly-winair.com) that first stops in St. Kitts.

A_Traveller is correct. We have taken flights via SXM to St. Kitts and Nevis on a 3-island vacation. It is time-consuming to say the least. We have done it twice with 11-14 days of vacation split b/n the 3 islands. If you chose to do it, be patient and allow time for connections. I have yet to be on a Winair flight that was on time and have lost a day of vacation getting to that last destination waiting.
We have taken a water taxi and a ferry from Nevis to St. Kitts and avoided the problem of another flight and that worked well.

LIAT www.liatairlines.com has a direct flight ANU-SKB daily at 12:45 and two other flights through Anguilla.
You might also check WinAir.

Nevisian - I think you got your airport codes mixed up. OP is going from AXA to NEV not from ANU (Antigua) to SKB (St. Kitts) but you are correct Liat has a daily flight that leaves AXA around 12:45PM and makes a stop in SKB before going on to NEV. They also have a flight later in the day that goes from SXM to ANU before going on to NEV.
Regardless of whether you take Winair or Liat there's no non-stop flight between AXA and NEV.
