Thank you all for helping me choose my summer vacation. It is my husband's first trip to the Caribbean and I think I chose wisely. Most of you rave about Anguilla. We'll be staying at Cuisinart. We cannot wait we will be there in early June. Now I must start researching the wonderful restaurants.

On our second trip to Anguilla we stayed at Cuisinart and loved it!

Uncle Ernies at Shoal Bay for lunch, fun and cheap!
Gorgeous Scilly Cay for an afternoon for lunch. (Wave to the cay and a boat picks you up)
A day in St. Martin, for shopping and food
Mango's my personal favorite for dinner.
There is a ribs (casual) place on the beach between Cusinart and Cap Jaluca, fun, but can't remember the name.
Read "A Trip to the Beach" and you will want to eat at Blanchards.
Johnno's for a casual night with a band and fun.
You can't go wrong eating in Anguilla, some of the best food in Caribbean.
Do not miss Blanchards, Mangoes & Tastys!
The rib place at Cove Bay is Smokey's.
My personal favorites are Tratoria Tramnonto, Mangos, Covecastles, Hibernia. Cuisinart is a beautiful resort.
A Trip to the Beach is a must read! I've never ben to Anguilla, but hope to travel there when my husband and I are empty nesters. Have fun!
