An Island similar to St John, USVI

We are planning a Caribbean trip after the holidays...Would love an island that compares to beautiful St John...i.e. beaches and lush beauty....Any suggestions??

Thanks!

Virgin Gorda is similar in topography, lushness and has many fine beaches like St. John.

You might also like Antigua - with over 300 beaches this hilly island is a bit more arid than St. John.

Also look at St. Bart's - hilly, wonderful restaurants, very nice beaches, but a bit on the arid side.

If you want very lush islands look at St. Kitts, Nevis or St. lucia however, these islands have darker sand beaches which some feel are not as attractive as those on St. John.
