We are planning a trip to Aruba for late March and will be staying at an all-inclusive. We have narrowed it down to either Divi Resort or the Occidental. We are a large group (about 30 people) with diverse interests and different ideas of fun - but do want to have nice beach, good food/drinks, different activites for different tastes, etc. Does anyone have a recommendation between the Divi and Occidental?
Thanks.

The Divi Aruba is considered a "low rise" property; the Occidental is a "high rise property". Does that matter to you and your group? Also the Divi Aruba is on a rather unpopulated beach, the Occidental is on a more populated beach. The Divi Aruba is closer to town, the Occidental is farther out, but still close enough for an easy ride to town. The Occidental is a large resort where you will have a room down a long corridor from the elevator. The Divi is a two or three story building (depending on which room type you decide on) and some rooms(casita rooms) walk right out to the beach! I hope this helps you make a decision.
