i'm in the process of booking my airfare from san juan to grenada for our honeymoon in late may. i've already booked airfare from chicago to san juan, where we'll be staying for a couple days on the way home.
i know there's only one flight in & out of grenada from san juan - two questions:
1) does the fare vary? or since there's only one flight is it pretty consistent? the few times i've looked online it seems to not be terribly variable.
2) does this flight fill up fast? do i need to worry about booking right away, or should i wait and see if the fare goes down?
thanks so much for your help!!!

American flies those routes. Your most likely best price would be packaging Chicago/San Juan/Grenada together.
Have you checked LIAT? They may have other flights, and are usually lowest cost.
okay - looking at liat they do have cheaper flights, but there is another stop and the arrival times are a bit later. i have the same 1) & 2) questions for liat:
1) does the fare vary? or since there's only one flight is it pretty consistent? the few times i've looked online it seems to not be terribly variable.
2) does this flight fill up fast? do i need to worry about booking right away, or should i wait and see if the fare goes down?
Also, is it worth losing a couple hours on either end to save $100 for both of us? what's liat air like? good experience? and will there be any effect by the merger with caribbean air or would that have already taken place?
Lastly, would there be a problem getting bags from AA to Liat on our arrival day?
thanks so much for your help!!!
