I've been there 3 times and absolutely LOVED it there! Tipping (I believe) is optional...we always did. When we were there it was not all-inclusive, but included a meal plan option.
You will LOVE this place, especially if you love to just relax and soak up the ambiance! Look for the key deer in the evening...they are so cute! Enjoy!

vsa - Been there twice, once before the remodel and expansion and once last year. It is as close to your own private island you can get, pure heaven.
Bring plenty of sun tan lotion, polarized sun glasses and a couple of bathing suits.
Small tips as you go are appreciated but not necessary.
Take an inter island cruise on a catamaran if you can, good way to break up the weeks.
Best part of trip is flying into Union Island airport.
Have a great honetmoon.
