Looking for relaxing beaches, good food, updated resort with beach front room/villa, good spa! Also looking for restaurant recommendations. thanks!!!

Almost every island has something, question too general.

Include air and from where
How many travelers
What time of year?
What activities (water sports, nightlife, etc)

Have you ever been to an island, and if yes what did you like or dislike?

Barbados : Nice Restaurants , Il Tempio Italian Restaurant (west coast)
Roti Den (west Coast)
FishPot ( West Coast)
39 Steps Wine Bar and Bistro ( South Coast)
Pisces ( Waterside - South Coast)

Hotels with Beach and Spa - The Hilton Hotel & Accra Beach Hotel ( South coast)
Coral Reef Hotel and Spa ( West Coast)

Lovely beaches for swimming - west coast.
swimming, body surfing - South and South East Coast
Surfing - East Coast - Bathsheba

All of these are just suggestions subject to your budget and any other interests you have for you vacation.
