Wheelchair in NOL, Toronto & Kingston

On Friday, my 86 yo mom, my spouse & 13 yo son & myself are driving from Boston to Niagara for a 10-day stay. We will be 3 nights in Niagara, 2 nights in Toronto and 4 nights in Kingston. Mom is in a wheelchair. She can ambulate but she gets tired so safer in the chair. I'm looking for restaurants you might recommend in Kingston that are accessible, as well as any experience you've had with Thousand Island boat trips while in a wheelchair. When I was in Kingston last summer, all places seemed to have steps to enter & bathrooms up or down stairs.
We will be in Kingston for Canada Day so will hang out in town on a bench & watch it all go by!
I made reservations at Treadwell in NOL. Most of the town seems accessible to me. We have reservations at the ROM in Toronto for one day & will drive her around. The trolley sightseeing buses there seem too inaccessible.
Thank you for any suggestions regarding the Kingston area, in particular.
