West Coast with a 4.5 son and 6 year old daughter.....need ideas

Hi and thank you for reading.....we'll be in Vancouver for the month of July and would love feedback on what to do and where to go. The children are fun and adventuresome. We will have a rental car and can do Vancouver or Seattle and beyond if anyone has super cool things that we would enjoy and the children would enjoy.

Please supply if you can,

-hike
-canoe
-trails.
-venture travel
-cafe's as we are all about nookie and fresh foods.
-Victoria Island
-Okenagen (oops spelling) Valley

...and other such things to do and other places to see.

Thanks a TON!! ;o) ;o)
