we have 4 nights in Vancouver this October and wonder which Hotel you prefer. I know the Wedgewood is in the centre of Robson..is the Sheraton that farther away from there? The Sheraton also offers a Suite for the same money. What to pick? Thanks.How is the weather then?

One isn't all that far from the other.<BR><BR>We had a larger suite with a balcony at the Le Soleil but it was still quite narrow and felt cramped. It was nice enough and the staff was great, but I wouldn't go back. <BR><BR>I haven't stayed at the Wedgewood so I would try there, although personally I'd rather stay somewhere else that has views of the mountains and water.

I've stayed at the Wedgewood several times and adore it. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are lovely. <BR> The weather should be pleasant in October - I don't think their winter rainy season starts until a bit later. <BR>

A third vote for thr Wedgewood. It is the most elegant "boutique" hotel in town.
