Anyone have any recommendations for walking or biking tours in Vancouver City and Vancouver Island? These are what I have found so far:
For Van City:
I found a couple of bike tours offered by Cycle City Tours, specifically the "Grand Tour" might be a good overview of the city.
I found 2 walking tour companies: Tour Guys and Street Hike. Tour Guys has a walk called "Beer makes History Better" and another one called "Eat your cart out".
For Van. Island:
"Mountain to Shore" Ride by Cycle Treks out of Victoria sounded good.
Anyone try any of these?
Thanks!

Has anyone taken the Mountain to Shore Ride by Cycle Treks out of Victoria?

How about Tour Guys walking tours in Vancouver?

Honestly you don't need any tour company at all-both are small places and you can cover all that on your own in just a few hours.
