Hello
Any suggestions for hotel for 3 adults in July. I prefer a place that is near a nice view and hopefully not higher $100-150 a night?
Thank you all in advance

Everywhere in the downtown core will be near a nice view. $100-$150 a night will be very difficult, however.
Look into the YWCA Hotel, the Blue Horizon, the Sandman Suites, the Sylvia Hotel, the Meridian at 910 Beach.
You could try the Buchanan, as well.
That budget might be challenging in July. Try Coast Plaza. It is a bit tired but the location is perfect and they have a great view.
I stayed at the Wall Centre the last time I was in Vancouver.
It may not be in your price range if you're booking straight through the hotel. But I got it at a steal online around less than $90 a night, and then asked if they had any upgrades available, which they did, and I ended up with an incredible view of the coast. No complaints.
It's not far from Davies Street as well, easy to walk to, which has tons of restaurant and entertainment options.
It's the Buchan, not Buchanan. My mistake.
