Travelling alberta

Jump to last reply

Hey, we wondered if anyone could help...

We are looking to fly from Vancouver to Calgary and then drive to Edmonton via Banff, lake Louise and jasper and stay a couple of nights in each. This trip is going to take place in a week or so, can anyone suggest whether this is the best route or shall we do it visa versa? Also what's the conditions typically like this time of year? Is there still lots to do? Or shall we save our trip for the summer? We understand it will be cold and we are prepared in that sense. Any tips or suggestions are more than welcoming and any ideas on what we can get up to would be brilliant too. Definitely looking at dog sledging as that looks fun.

Thank you in advance :)
