Traveling Maritime Provinces-opinions anyone?

Jump to last reply

Hi will be traveling to NB, NS, & PEI for a month beginning 2nd week in Sept. Have read all pertinent posts on this and other boards, but am always seeking fellow travelers opinions.
So far we are booked into: Salty Towers in St. Andrew NB, Winchester Cottages near Digby, Churchill Mansion near Yarmouth and Bayview Pines near Mahone Bay. Any suggestions for Cape Breton and PEI. Also we travel with our fearless dog companion Mojo, so if anyone knows of dog friendly places, I'd be glad to hear. Any 411 on restaurants and artsy fartsy doings would be appreciated.
I hear this is an incredible area and am preternaturally excited.
Thanks Michel
