Traveling from VICTORIA BC to ROYAL ROADS MILITARY COLLEGE

We are taking the Ferry from Vancouver to Victoria and hope to see the college( my husband went there in the 60s) do we rent a car? Take a cab? Do buses go near there? we have 1 full day before a cruise.. Thanks
