Too hectic. Too much travelling. Too much crammed into a very short vacation.
Half your "Toronto" segment is actually devoted to Niagara Falls which, unless you plan an unwise amount of time in the casino or on winery tours, greatly shortchanges what Toronto has to offer.
Ditto Montreal/Quebec. You will be living in your suitcase instead of exploring cities which can reward patient investigation.
Maybe a little on-line research with municipal tourist authorities will persuade you to concentrate on Toronto and only one of the Quebecois cities. You will find plenty to do without risking exhaustion.
