Toronto 4 Nights - Must Do?

Hi all, my husband and I are planning our trip to the North East part of Canada for November.
We will be arriving in Quebec (10 nights for work), then off for a road trip to NS, NB, and PEI for a little over a week before catching a train to Montreal (4 nights) then by train to Toronto to catch a game of ice hockey on 23rd November the day we arrive Toronto.
With perhaps 4 nights how should we spend our time in and around Toronto? We are interested in the museums, but what else to see in the city?
We have visited Niagara Falls from the USA side and took the Maid of the Mist boat, but we would love to see the falls lit up at night time, but that will take just a few hours, is there anything else interesting to perhaps spend a night around the area? a winery or something?

Thanks for any help or info.
