Sugar Shacks near Quebec City where you can spend the night?

I've found a few sugar shacks (cabane a sucre) near Ottawa and Montreal where you can rent a cabin for the night but haven't had any luck finding one near Quebec City. We'll have a car and willing to drive up to an hour away. Do any Fodorites know of any? Thanks!
