My husband and I are planning a trip for late November during the week of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday and considering Quebec. Looking for suggestions for how to spend time as it will be cool (cold?) and the days short. We like outdoor activities but also good food and wine. Would love suggestions on where to base ourselves (Quebec City? Montreal? a few days in each), cozy lodging, and favored restaurants for a moderate budget.
