Quebec City Restaurants

I was given the names of three restaurants in Quebec City and can't seem to find any information on them. I would appreciate any help. They are Au Parmesan, Cafe de La Paix(both in the old city, and L'Atre on the Ile d'Orleans (25 minutes outside the city)
