In Fredericton try the Hilltop on Prospect Street, the Cabin Restaurant on Woodstock Road, The Lobster Hut on Regent Street.
My only meal in Fredericton was at Timmy's... and being the token Yankee in the crowd, I was the only one who didn't know the menu by heart.
Fredericton: Lunar Rogue or Hilltop for pub fare, Brewbakers, Bruno's or Blue Door for a European feel, Frank's Finer Diner for a family restaurant.
Saint John: Suwanna for thai food
