Fantastic trip report and beautiful pictures!
Michael, I'm glad everything worked out well for you. Your pictures are beautiful. You certainly covered a lot of ground. Looks like all your planning made for a wonderful trip. Thanks so much for posting all the great results of your careful planning!
Geez, this has been the most enjoyable set of photos I've ever encountered of Alberta and Saskatchewan. I wish I could describe how it has further inspired my long-time interest in a driving trip to that area.
Super photos - makes me want to go there.
Great pics- I grew up in Saskatchewan - went to nursing school in Moose Jaw-
Most people skip over the prairies- glad you enjoyed
Thanks for comments and glad you approved of the site.
We were rather surprised by how much we liked the Prairies, especially further north away from the mind-numbing expanses of nothingness in the south. There was more relief, woodland and water than we had expected. Having said rude things about the south we were very impressed by some of the hillier areas whch offered a lot of good scenery.
Apologies for delay in responding - we have been on a jolly to Bhutan and India.
