There is the Parlee Beach Provincial Campground...The phone number is 506-532-1500 but they are not open till May and don't take reservations.
It is right inside the Parlee Beach Provincial Park...
I know the people running it this year. Nice people too...Hope this helps.
I live 5 minutes from Parlee Beach.
Photobear, does Gould's still exist, and what's it like now?
BAK
It does but it is up for Sale...
My favorite is Paturel's Shore house just outside Shediac and Fred's in Cap Pele.
Next question... what can you tell me about Eddie St. Pierre's in Cocagne?
It's been a while since I've been in the neighborhood.
Is Paturel's still a few miles east of Shediac, or is this a new loction?
BAK
I don't think I have ever heard of Eddie's but Paturel is the same location it has been for 25 years at least...4 km east of Shediac...Yummmm
My husband and I will be renting a cottage for a week this summer in Cap Pelee. Any resturuant suggestions in the area?
Fred's in Cap Pele...Very nice.
Paturel's is about 10 minutes away and worth it especially if you go to Shediac.
Maybe Chez Brut in Shediac as well.
check out www.shediac.com/gaudet for chalets.

Hi, we are traveling to NB this summer (end of july- august) me, my girlfriend and our 3 kids. Any place you guys would recommend. We are looking for a nice campground with beach very close by.

To ba as close to Parlee Beach as possible, stay at Parlee Beach Provincial Park Campground (Shediac). It's phone number is 506-532-1500 but you don't need to reserve if you have a tent.
10 minute walk to the warmest beach north of Virginia...PRICELESS. There is lots to do in and around Shediac as well.
i wanted a place that took reservations so i've booked here - http://www.kokcampground.com/
if anyone has any comments on this campground, i'd love to hear them.
I gave you wrong info...I called and they do take reservations.
I don't know anything about KOK but it's not in Shediac but a little further away.
