Go on this site www.ama.ab.ca, click on TRAVEL in far top right hand corner, then click on MAPS AND GUIDES then TRIPTIK. Enter your travel info and this program will give you a trip plan including the time it will take. You can manipulate the route if you want to travel less popular roads.
And you can print out the map to take with you. We've used this alot in planning our road trips.
