Niagara Falls October 10-12

Jump to last reply

Decided recently to take a road trip from New Jersey to Niagara Falls over Columbus Day weekend (and also now realize it is Canadian Thanksgiving). Staying two nights at the Marriott Falls View. Plan to arrive mid afternoon on the 10th. I know there are fireworks that night. Will probably do NOTL Sunday 10/12 before heading to our next destination the Finger Lakes. Looking for suggestions for Saturday. 10 day forecast predicts high of 57 F which I hope holds. Anyone been there early October? What kind of crowds should I expect for that weekend? Any dining recommendations also will be appreciated...Thanks in advance.
