National Parks near Montreal?

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for National Parks near Montreal and where to stay? Or for that matter any hotel/lodge recommendations in the mountains? We will be there in mid-June.

Thanks,

Erica

The only National Parks near Montreal are La Mauricie northeast of Montreal and St. Lawrence Islands in Ontario.

However, if you mean provincial parks (which the Québec government calls "parcs nationaux") there are many. As you are looking for a place in the mountains (Laurentians?) I would start with Mont-Tremblant park.

Yes, I'm looking for some natural beauty during out trip. Maybe a nice lodge in the mountains somewhere. We are flying into Montreal for a week.
