Moving to Vancouver

Jump to last reply

Hi, my family will be moving to Vancouver in a month or so and I'm looking for tips on where to look for housing.
My husband's job is located in Vancouver in the Downtown area. He is ok with a commute up about 45 minutes, public transport availability a must.
We have a 5 month old and a large dog, so a quieter type neighbourhood is our goal.
A house or ground floor with small outdoor area would be ideal. We're looking to spend about $1500 a month.
So any ideas/tips on areas to search? We were thinking Burnaby? West End maybe? Very open to ideas.
Thanks in advance.
