My friends are going to Montreal and is looking for a city tour. They can't really walk a lot and don't want to shop. I think staying on The Plateau will offer them the cafes and old world look that they want. They're interested in architechure and history.
Any suggestions?

Why not old Montreal? You could get to the museums and old port easily. Plus the tour companies are around the old port. Look up city tours at the old port
Thanks, I'll do that.
