I read a post from a year ago that said that crossing at Miltown/Calais was likely to be much quicker than St. Stephen/Calais. Do I have that right? Where is Miltown? I assume it is in NB, but where in relation to St. Stephen?

Milltown is not a city, it is a neighborhood in Calais and across the river in St. Stephen (where the mills used to be). The Milltown bridge is 1/2 mile or a mile upriver from the main (Ferry Point) bridge.
