lodgind near Moncton Airport

In Aug. our flight is scheduled to arrive at the Moncton airport at 10pm. I need lodging that is easy to find by car near the airport. Does anyone know if there are taxis at the airport at that time? The Ramada Crystal hotel has an airport shuttle but is more expensive than I want. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try searching for hotels on Orbitz. When you are searching type in the airport as a location and they will give you all the nearby hotels. I have never been there, but I travel a ton on business, and this has always worked well for me. Sometimes I have gotten really nice hotels super cheap. If nothing else, it will help you find out what accomodations are near by. good luck, and have fun!

That was going to be my suggestion. There will be taxis, so you could try the econolodge or something if you like. There a lots of hotels in Moncton and I don't think the airport is too far out of the city

While the airport is fairly close to the city, some of the decent hotels are not downtown.

The Brunswick and Beaseujour are downtown, and not all that far from the airport. Hotels near Magnetic Hill are a long way away. And the town of Dieppe is closer to the airport than in downtown Moncton, meaning hotels in Dieppe are, thus, closer to the airport, too.

Does where you wake up in the morning make any difference to you? Perhaps you want to be downtown, so you can enjoy this part of the city.
