Jasper lodging help needed

I am planning a trip to Jasper in June and am trying to decide the best place to stay.
So far, I am choosing between Patricia Lake Bungalows, Becker's Chalet and a home stay right in town called Cottonwood Suite. There are some good reviews of Becker's on the forum, but other sites have mixed reviews of this property and seem to favor Patricia Lake.
Cottonwood Suite sounds really nice, but I think I would prefer to be in place where you can really feel part of the outdoors and see wildlife.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which of these choices might be preferable?
